Most Disliked
Customers occasionally note that prices can be slightly higher than average, which might be a deterrent for some who seek budget-friendly meals. While the atmosphere is cozy, the diner’s small size means it can get crowded during peak hours, especially Thursday mornings. This can lead to a longer wait time for seating, frustrating those eager to enjoy a meal. Additionally, potential diners may find that the dinner options are not as popular or diverse compared to breakfast and lunch. Reviews mention that both lunch and dinner periods see a significant dip in traffic, suggesting that some wish for more varied evening offerings.

The Colby Diner has only existed for about 12 years, but it feels like a relic for my childhood. It is very much a diner. The food feels classic, as does the atmosphere.

Omg me and my wife stopped by yesterday. For somebody who has very bad PTSD from military. This place I felt welcomed and loved. The energy was fantastic. The food was amazing. Mr Mike pancakes are touched by an old southern grandmother. The coffee was top tier. I would be back almost every sat. The sweet lady greets you with a smile. This place is amazing. They are doing business right and not only me and my wife will be back I’m telling everybody about this gem on Colby.

What an absolute gem of a breakfast diner. Its small but homely. We were greeted by the owner and what appeared to be local regulars. The prices are a little higher than most typical breakfast joints but the portion sizes and quality of food were well worth the price. The food and service is made and provided with love and passion. This is a must visit in Everett.
